Earth Tech Microelectronic Services Group was created in 1998 to provide the highest quality equipment safety services to the semiconductor industry. Our San Jose, California staff of 16 engineers and scientists is a group of highly trained individuals providing equipment safety evaluations. The equipment reviewed is used in the manufacture of semiconductors and integrated circuits, and in other high technology industries employing sophisticated systems. We provide Field Evaluations, Training, Safety Evaluations, Equipment Design Consultation, and Safety Support Services as well as EHS staffing and consulting services.
The Earth Tech team consists of highly experienced electrical engineers, industrial hygenists, chemical engineers, ergonomists, safety engineers, mechanical engineers, and environmental engineers. Not only are these diverse experts vital to a thorough SEMI S2 review, but strong coordination between their individual efforts is also essential. The Earth Tech team approach ensures that this need for the close coordination of diverse disciplines is met.
Earth Tech is heavily involved in the SEMI Standards and other technical safety development groups.
