Earth Tech Microelectronic Services Group’s charter group is simply to provide the highest quality – second to none – equipment safety services to the semiconductor industry and related technology driven industries. Our service package was initially based on SEMI S2 and all its related supporting standards. The Earth Tech Microelectronic Services Group provides a complete set of services to meet the safety needs of semiconductor equipment manufacturers as well as other technology-driven manufacturing equipment.

The Earth Tech Microelectronic Services Group has assembled a comprehensive team of experts to support the highest quality technical evaluations. The key to good technical work is to integrate the efforts of these diverse technical experts into a single team effort with a consistently superior outcome. The Earth Tech Microelectronics group has set up a system of interdisciplinary support to accomplish this. An essential part of our Group’s dynamic is including all critical technical experts within the Earth Tech Microelectronic Services organization directly. Unlike other groups, we do not subcontract key technical areas: we have all the necessary knowledge base on staff. This lets us coordinate these different areas of expertise to ensure a sound outcome. Moreover, it also ensures the right skill set is used for the right task and guarantees good communication among the team members for a sound comprehensive review or service.
